Dave Blower - National Business Development Manager
With over 25 years experience in the rail & civil construction industries, Dave is a highly experienced and respected individual in these fields. Dave commenced his rail career as a way maintainer for the Public Transport Commission and since this time has worked for John Holland, Thiess, ALSTOM, as well as a number of other rail related organisations both as a permanent and casal employee. In early 2006, Dave was invited by OnlineRail to join their office team in the role of Business Development Manager.
Dave is actively involved in all aspects of the recruitment process including the sourcing and training of candidates. His focus and dedication to ensuring quality has greatly contributed to OnlineRail’s growth in the industry. Dave is now OnlineRail’s National Business Development Manager and will be working closely with each State to ensure that there is a continuity of services across all OnlineRail sites. Clients Australia-wide can rest assured that they will receive the same level of service from all our offices that our clients in Victoria have enjoyed since Dave came on board. |

Helen Stephens - National Operations Consultant
With formal qualifications in Management & Training, majoring in Human Resources and Information Technology, Helen has spent the most part of her career working in the IT Security, Project Management & Human Resources fields. Helen joined OnlineRail in mid 2006 as a Senior Consultant and has, despite her predominantly white collar background, rapidly adjusted to working within the rail & civil construction industries and has been key to the establishment of OnlineRail’s current business structure. Helen’s business acumen and people skills has seen her forge unique relationships within this male dominated industry. Helen is now working as OnlineRail’s National Operations Consultant and will continue to work at both a National & State level to ensure continuity of business across Australia. |

Heidi Franze - Senior Consultant
Heidi brings to OnlineRail over 6 years experience and success in Human Resources & Recruitment. With a Degree in Human Resources, Heidi has worked in Mining, Manufacturing, Corporate and Consulting roles with Global leading organisations. During this time she has been exposed to many facets of the business which included white/blue collar recruitment, Employer branding profiling, marketing, advertising and human resources activities. |

Dean Jordan - Consultant
Dean joined OnlineRail in late 2006 as a casual worker and brought with him 2 years of track protection experience. Dean worked for OnlineRail out on track for a further 18 months before joining the team in the office to work as a Consultant within the Victorian team. Dean holds a Victorian Level 3 Track Protection Co-Ordination ticket and has been further enhancing his skill sets over the past 5 years to increase the number of tickets and licences he holds. Dean has worked with our staff in both maintenance and construction situations and has a great understanding of what it takes for a person to make it in the rail industry. |
